2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Create and process shipment bookings and generate tracking numbers
- Provide real-time tracking, delivery status, and ETA updates via SMS, email, or the tracking portal
- Coordinate pickup, transit, and delivery with our fleet and transit hubs
- Process payments and COD collection, and issue invoices or receipts
- Respond to customer service queries, complaints, and claims
- Improve our services, website, and analytics dashboard
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement requirements
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Delivery and fleet partners — recipient name, address, and contact number, as needed to complete delivery
- Payment gateways and financial institutions — to process payments and COD remittance
- Branded customer portal clients — business Customers who use our white-label tracking pages can view tracking data for shipments booked under their account
- Service providers — SMS/email notification providers, hosting, and analytics providers, solely to operate our services
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to investigate prohibited shipments (see Terms and Conditions, Section 3)
4. SMS, Email, and Call Notifications
By providing a phone number or email address at booking, you consent to receive shipment-related notifications, including pickup confirmation, transit updates, delivery alerts, and ETA changes. These are operational messages tied to your shipment and are separate from any promotional communication, which you may opt out of at any time.
5. Data Retention
We retain shipment, tracking, and payment records for as long as necessary to fulfil the delivery, resolve claims, meet accounting and tax obligations, and comply with applicable law, after which the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and secure storage, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking on Our Website
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the tracking portal functional, remember basic preferences, and understand website usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some features of the tracking portal.
8. Your Rights
You may contact us to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate booking or contact details
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations
- Withdraw consent to promotional communications
We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.

Our services are intended for use by individuals and businesses capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
